Welcome to Paulette in't Stad!

Since the store opened doors in Antwerp in 2017, Paulette in 't Stad has been a haven for vintage and refurbished design pieces, captivating carpets and unique artisanal decor. Each item in the collection is carefully sourced, selected, or crafted with Paulette Van Hacht's passionate, well-trained and unconventional eye.

Paulette's passion for art and interior design originated from her art-loving family, shaping her creative inclination from a young age. In 2015, following a journey that further intensified her fascination with vivid colors and diverse cultures, Paulette launched her first pop-up store in Lier, which quickly became a great success.

Today, Paulette and her partner Joost manage the store in Antwerp and have expanded their presence with a seasonal store in Knokke. Building on their expertise and dedication, Paulette introduced her own line of interior objects in 2021, aptly named 'May I Come In.' This collection features her self-designed ceramics, lampshades, curtains and fabric-clad side tables.
